Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in high school and middle school settings
- Primarily serve students in ESC and BEST classrooms at the high school, providing support three days a week
- Offer “overflow” services at Heritage Middle School and potentially one additional building within the district for two days weekly
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs), monitor progress, and document outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other specialists to ensure optimal student support
- Participate in school meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
This role is ideal for those seeking a full-time, onsite commitment, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:40pm. Transitioning between campuses will allow you to build meaningful relationships with both staff and students, fostering enriched learning environments.
