An excellent opportunity awaits skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to make a significant impact in educational settings for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role begins immediately and extends through June 2027, providing a meaningful chance to support students throughout multiple schools. The position offers full-time Monday through Friday hours, typically between 35-37.5 hours per week. Two professionals are needed to serve a diverse K-12 caseload, working closely with students, teachers, and families in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This is an on-site, in-person opportunity.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice in the state
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Ability to manage varying caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Passionate about providing high-quality speech and language interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students across multiple buildings
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and educational staff to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and provide thorough documentation for compliance and progress tracking
- Participate in meetings and professional development, contributing insights as part of a committed educational team
