Speech Language Pathologist in Black Mountain, NC

Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina SLP Certification required
- Experience or interest in school-based practice preferred
- Proficiency with assessment tools, IEPs, and intervention planning
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Adaptability to serve K-12th grade students with a range of needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, rooted in best practices and aligned with each student’s IEP
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate records and meet required documentation deadlines
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
