We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to students throughout Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking to make an impact while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.
Position Overview
• Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to K–12 students
• Conduct teletherapy sessions using district-approved platforms
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Complete evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams
• Participate in virtual IEP and eligibility meetings
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver individualized and group speech therapy sessions
• Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations
• Maintain accurate service logs and compliance documentation
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with families and school staff
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs
Requirements
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Teletherapy experience is a plus
• Strong technology and communication skills
• Able to complete our Tech Screen
