Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Binghamton, NY

Exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a dynamic school environment near Binghamton, NY. This full-time contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through June 30th, offering a consistent daily schedule from 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM. Work with a focused caseload of 15-25 students, all located on a single campus, allowing you to provide high-quality, uninterrupted services in a dedicated therapy space.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
- Open to SLPs at all levels, including new grads and CFs – supervision available
- Comfortable delivering both in-person and teletherapy services
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students, addressing a variety of communication disorders
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development of student plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive therapy environment on campus
- Utilize provided therapy materials and resources within the dedicated therapy space
