School Speech Language Pathologist - Bethlehem, PA
Make an impact supporting the communication needs of young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with preschoolers in either Carbon or Lehigh County. This rewarding contract position brings you into a dynamic Early Intervention team focused on itinerant services for preschool-aged children, but also requires flexibility—your caseload may shift to support school-aged students (PreK-12) as the school year progresses.
Your workday will total 35 hours per week, following a year-round Early Intervention calendar from July to June. The main administrative office is in Schnecksville, but your assignment locations will be situated within Carbon and/or Lehigh Counties. In-person engagement is required to foster meaningful relationships and deliver high-impact interventions to students in need.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license for Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Pennsylvania educator credential (Instructional I or II)
- Experience in school settings, particularly with preschool or early intervention populations
- Ability to adapt caseload/focus as needed; comfort working with PreK through grade 12
