Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Prior experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing needs in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Design and implement treatment plans to address students’ specific needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations and modifications
  • Offer education and support to staff and parents on communication strategies
