Requirements:
- Active Texas state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain by start date)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) applicant status
- Experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation services for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring per district and state requirements
- Address a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, voice, and fluency
- Participate in IEP meetings as part of the student support team
- Discuss caseload age preferences during the interview to ensure the best fit
