Qualifications & Experience:
- Active WA Speech Language Pathologist License
- Washington Educator Certification (ESA)
- ASHA Certification (CCC required)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based populations—especially ages 3-5
- Competency with Child Find Evaluations, IEP planning, and developmentally appropriate interventions
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of elementary-age students (primarily 3-5 years old)
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, lead evaluation results meetings, and develop/maintain IEPs (scheduling flexibility before/after student day)
- Deliver developmental preschool and itinerant services; support transition to kindergarten as needed
- Participate in Child Find Evaluations and collaborate with school teams
