Speech Language Pathologist in Centralia, WA

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for children with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Lead engaging therapy sessions targeting speech and language development
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date records of student progress and intervention outcomes
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Provide practical education, resources, and support to families, encouraging their involvement in the therapy process
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited academic program
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently but also thrive in collaborative settings
- Compliance with all state and board requirements for licensure
