Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Beaverton, Oregon for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about supporting student communication development and collaborating within a multidisciplinary educational team.
We are looking for a professional who is committed to helping students improve speech, language, and overall communication skills in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
- Support students with articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, voice, and social communication needs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students across a range of ages and needs
