Step into a dynamic, contract-based role supporting students across grades 3-12 for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity runs from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, working onsite with a caseload of approximately 30-35 students. Your expertise will reach learners with a range of needs, including speech-language impairment (SLI), autism spectrum disorder, other health impairments (OHI), learning disabilities (LD), and potentially hearing impairment in the coming year.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Compassion for students of varying abilities and backgrounds

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in grades 3-12
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and generate comprehensive evaluation reports
- Consult with teachers and staff to integrate communication goals
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with all regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress to families
- Adapt therapy approaches for students with a wide range of disabilities, including potential hearing impairment
