Travel School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Bartlett, Illinois

This position offers a travel opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatric therapy within a school setting. The role is based in Bartlett, IL, with assignment coverage in Lake In the Hills, IL, running from June 1 through June 29. This is a contract role designed to support one SLP caseload with itinerant and paid travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to children within an educational environment.
- Deliver assessments, intervention, and documentation consistent with school-based therapy standards.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain compliance with district policies and therapeutic best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and administrative duties as required.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
- Experience or training in pediatrics, healthcare, and school-based speech therapy.
- Familiarity with teletherapy delivery models is advantageous.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered.
- Ability to travel between assigned schools and manage caseload itinerantly.
