What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or status as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Ability to work onsite with students K-12
- Working knowledge of the SIRAS IEP system
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong collaborative spirit and adaptability
- Valid CA licensure or eligibility to obtain
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) using SIRAS
- Provide direct therapeutic intervention and consultative support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with all regulations
