We are seeking two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in a dynamic educational setting located in Aurora, IL. These contract positions focus on providing essential speech therapy services to a diverse student population, including those in Supported Education, Multi-needs, and Speech-only programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students across various educational needs.
  • Manage a caseload of 1.5, ensuring comprehensive care and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous program improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology credentials (SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-School certification).
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple caseloads simultaneously.
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student needs, including those with complex communication challenges.

Schedule and Location:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM.
  • Full-time contract with a guarantee of 37.5 hours per week.
  • Positions available ASAP through May 22, 2026 (full-time); part-time option available temporarily until March 27, 2025.
  • Location: Aurora, Illinois.
