Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
  • Previous experience working with early childhood or elementary populations preferred.
  • Expertise in evaluating and developing individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adaptability and passion for supporting early learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to PreK and Kindergarten students within the school setting.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment goals for students with speech and language needs.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goal setting and progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student achievement.
  • Maintain thorough records of services, progress notes, and required documentation.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs.
