Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Liverpool, New York

An on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year including the Extended School Year period. This full-time role is based within a K-12 school setting located in Onondaga County, New York, with a preference for candidates who can commit to a full-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to enhance student communication skills.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress records compliant with school and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to student support.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the State of New York.
- Certification as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) in New York.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a school community.
