Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and the school setting
- Working knowledge of IEP development, progress reporting, and direct/indirect therapy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for varying speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and support compliance with IEP goals
- Consult with educators and families to support classroom success and generalization of skills
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school community
- Serve both schools with compassion, flexibility, and professionalism
