Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or recent SLP graduates are welcome
- Previous experience within school settings is a plus
- Strong knowledge of pediatric communication disorders and intervention strategies
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Deliver direct therapy—both individual and group sessions—in alignment with students’ goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support personnel
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reporting
- Contribute insightfully to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
