Qualifications:
- Valid Alabama license as a CCC-SLP or SLP-CFY
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations (PreK–8th grade)
- Familiarity with IEPs and school-based service delivery
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset to partner with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer consultative support and training for staff and parents
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
