ProCare Therapy is seeking multiple dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, onsite school-based positions in Virginia. These opportunities are available for immediate start and will continue through the end of the school year.
Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of the school year
Caseload: Up to 55 students
Grade Levels: Primarily elementary, with potential middle school assignments
School Sites: 2–3 locations
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy to students based on their individualized needs.
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
Maintain accurate documentation and student records.
Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
Support students who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems.
Qualifications
Active Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology SLP license required.
School-based experience preferred.
Experience with AAC systems preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
