This role features:

- Immediate start, continuing through the end of the academic year
- Manage a caseload of up to 55 students at 2-3 nearby school sites
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $50 to $60

Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the VA Board of Audiology/Speech Pathology
- Background in school-based settings strongly encouraged
- Experience working with AAC devices is highly valued
- Knowledgeable in therapeutic intervention, student evaluations, thorough documentation, and participating in scheduled meetings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct SLP therapy in accordance with students' IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document progress meticulously
- Maintain collaborative relationships with teachers, staff, and family members
- Attend meetings relevant to student progress, IEP development, and team coordination
- Adapt approaches and interventions to best fit individual student needs
