Your Expertise:
- Valid SLP – CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment preferred
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Colorado
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and students
- Tech proficiency for documentation and remote collaboration as needed
What You'll Do:
- Provide evaluations, diagnostics, and direct therapy services for elementary and PreK students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into daily learning
- Offer guidance and education for family members and caregivers
- Maintain timely records and documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
