Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Arlington, VA

Working 37.5 hours weekly, you’ll collaborate closely with a small, supportive team of seven other SLPs. The role begins August 7, 2026, giving you a chance to acclimate before students arrive, and runs through June 11, 2027.
Ideal candidates bring experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare settings, teletherapy, or as a clinical fellow (CFY). If you’re a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), and either hold or are eligible for a VA license, this opportunity offers room to grow, especially if you are a recent graduate eager to learn in a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Current VA Speech-Language Pathology License, or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience in school-based, healthcare, pediatric, or teletherapy SLP/SLPA roles preferred
- Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to a K-12 student population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students
- Provide both direct therapy and consultation services
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of SLPs to share resources and support
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and documentation
