Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Arlington Heights, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Current Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Previous experience working in elementary schools preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students onsite
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Work collaboratively with classroom staff, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, report writing, and required documentation in accordance with district policies
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided
