Speech Pathology - Arlington Heights, IL
A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Arlington Heights, IL, supporting K-12 students. This full-time, onsite position offers a comprehensive caseload with potential assignments across multiple school buildings. The contract runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026, providing stability throughout the academic year and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district requirements.
- Provide services in multiple school buildings as needed.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Illinois state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Completion of an SLP Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) is acceptable; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are especially welcomed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to work onsite during assigned hours.
