Work Schedule: Tuesday through Friday
Student Caseload: Approximately 50 students
Support: Assistance provided by a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Key qualifications and credentials include:
- Valid SLP certification (CCC-SLP, CFY, or School-based credentials)
- Experience working in school environments preferred
- Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and provide individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations for students
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and SLPA to support student success
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school policies
