What We’re Seeking:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license in good standing
- Previous school-based experience is essential
- Ability to complete and maintain PA state clearances
- Reliable transportation to facilitate on-site services across assigned locations
- Comfortable working onsite—virtual/VOCO services are not part of this role
- Availability for a Zoom interview as part of our streamlined hiring process
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Assess communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals and IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress in academic and social settings
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of interventions, progress reports, and evaluation results
- Flexibly adapt to covering different caseloads as needs shift throughout the duration of the assignment
