Speech-Language Pathologist Job in Ansonia, CT
ProCare Therapy is looking for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a school-based setting in Ansonia, Connecticut. This is a full-time opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with students and collaborating with an educational team.
Position Overview:
Location: Ansonia, CT
Setting: School-based
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 10, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 35 hours per week
Age Group: Elementary School
Pay: $50/hr+ based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to elementary-aged students
- Help students develop and improve their communication skills
- Work toward individualized student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Assist with evaluations, IEP meetings, and progress monitoring as needed
- Maintain accurate service documentation
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Connecticut SLP license
- CT teaching license required
- ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs may be considered
- Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
