What you bring:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience with IEP case management and compliance
- Strong communication skills for engaging staff and parents
- Previous school-based SLP experience is highly valued
- Commitment to on-site service; virtual work is not available
- Ability to adapt as caseloads expand and student needs evolve
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and monitoring services for PreK–12 students
- Manage a caseload beginning with 30–35 students and potentially growing to as many as 70
- Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting student progress
- Provide training and resources to staff and parents regarding speech and language development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
This role is 100% on-site and provides the fulfillment of building direct relationships within the school community. You’ll have the support of an established team and resources to help each student reach their individual potential.
