An experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC is needed for a full-time contract role in the Ypsilanti area, supporting diverse learners from kindergarten through high school. This is an onsite position, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 4, 2027. Candidates licensed to practice as an SLP in Michigan will find this a rewarding career opportunity.
Key qualifications and requirements:
- Hold an active Michigan license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, K-12 setting preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable working onsite with students—no virtual services permitted
- Not accepting Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a varied caseload of K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Partner with educators, parents, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes
