Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ann Arbor, MI

This role begins on August 24, 2026, and concludes on February 5, 2027. The schedule is set for 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing consistency and the chance to build strong relationships with your students. You’ll engage with high schoolers from August 24 through early November, then transition to working with early childhood students through early February, developing diverse expertise and versatility.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
- Active SLP licensure in Michigan
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles preferred
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills to adjust to different age groups
- Passion for collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing student progress monitoring
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations, developing, and implementing IEPs
- Delivering direct and consultative speech/language services
- Maintaining clear communication with teachers, staff, and families
- Accurately completing documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Monitoring students' progress and adjusting strategies as needed
- Supporting both high school and early childhood populations, adapting interventions for varied developmental needs
