Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ypsilanti, MI

A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a contract position working with K-12 students. Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Michigan state license (full SLP or Clinical Fellow applicants accepted)
- Previous experience in a K-12 setting or passion for supporting students with special needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively partner with educators and families
- Commitment to providing direct therapy, evaluations, and developing individual education plans
- Ability to work onsite and flexibility to serve varied caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and group speech-language services to students across grade levels
- Evaluate, document, and monitor progress toward communication and IEP goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and stay current with best practices in school-based therapy
