School Speech Language Pathologist - Andover, MN

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; consideration for SLP-CFY candidates
- Proven experience with pediatric populations, especially within school or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and interdisciplinary school teams

- Conducting assessments to identify communication disorders and needs
- Designing and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Developing, reviewing, and contributing to IEPs as part of a collaborative team
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting student progress
- Providing consultation and support to teachers and families
- Participating in professional development and school-based meetings as required
