Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
- Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to design and implement IEPs, conduct evaluations, and manage therapy caseloads efficiently
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and interpret results to address students’ needs
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ progress
- Maintain organized case files, evaluation reports, and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
- Provide consultative services and resources to staff and caregivers as needed
