Remote School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Andover, Kansas

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience or interest in providing services to school-aged children
- Proficient with technology and virtual therapy platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage diverse caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement tailored therapy interventions that meet individual student needs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, caregivers, and school staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide consultative support to educational teams
