Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech-language therapy services to an average caseload of 47 students.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Comply with all state and district certification and licensure requirements.
- Support communication development and address speech and language disorders within the school environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Alaska certification and licensure as an SLP or SLP Assistant.
- Experience working with school-age children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple school sites.
- Commitment to onsite work; this position does not support remote (VOCO) services.

- Location: Anchorage, AK (travel role within local school district).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8.5 hours daily with a 30-minute unpaid lunch).
