Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Amherst, New Hampshire

This Speech-Language Pathologist assignment runs from September through mid-June, offering a balanced schedule of 32 hours weekly across four days—ideal for those who value flexibility alongside professional impact. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively within a dedicated school team, providing assessment, intervention, and support for students on your elementary caseload. Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs (CCC) are welcome, with opportunities to build pediatric experience in a school-based, multidisciplinary environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active NH state license in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility to obtain one by the assignment start
- Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads is advantageous
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs and abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support activities
This contract role includes weekly pay within the range of $35-55 per hour, with comprehensive benefits packages including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401k program enrollment, and reimbursement for continuing education units (CEUs).
