Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license (active status required)
  • SLP-CCC credential strongly preferred
  • Experience delivering school-based speech services, ideally in bilingual settings
  • Familiarity with the needs and challenges of diverse student populations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance
  • Ability to pass a drug screening, fingerprinting, and background check (CORI)
  • Reliable transportation for onsite attendance

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessment, intervention, and therapy for students with communication disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Consult with teachers, family members, and support staff to implement strategies that enhance student communication in academic settings
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and district initiatives as required

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.13 to $62.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
