School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Sneads, Florida

You’ll work with a dynamic group of middle and high school students—approximately 40 on your caseload—helping them develop crucial communication skills that set them up for academic and personal achievements. With up to 25 hours per week, this role offers flexibility and meaningful engagement throughout the academic year, starting August 10, 2026, and concluding on May 26, 2027.
What You'll Need:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or ability to work as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, with middle and/or high school populations a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and student-centered therapy
- Ability to provide therapy, screening, assessment, and IEP documentation effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in a supportive, school-based setting
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational professionals, families, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes, adhering to educational compliance standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and confidence
