- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Pennsylvania SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing SLP services in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consult with educators, parents, and staff
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports as required
- Provide guidance and resources to help families support student growth at home
