Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Albuquerque, New Mexico

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid or eligibility for NM RLD and NMPED licensure
- CCCs preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language pathology within school or healthcare settings
- Proficiency evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy to students with diverse communication needs
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Commitment to on-site service delivery (teletherapy/virtual providers are not considered for this assignment)
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students in both elementary and middle school
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEPs and student goals
- Serve a caseload of approximately 40–50 students, tailoring approaches to meet varying age and need levels
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Engage and communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to maximize student progress
- Provide mentorship and support to Clinical Fellows as needed
