Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12)
- Ability to manage caseloads of 50-60 students, adjusting for part-time roles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with school staff and families
- Flexibility and adaptability to travel between school sites within the designated counties
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and provide speech-language therapy to students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Attend school meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
