Pediatric Speech Therapist in South Jordan, UT

Key Qualifications:
- Current Utah Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and communication
- Previous supervisory experience with SLPAs a plus
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide expert supervision to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and support their professional growth
- Attend and contribute to new IEP meetings, ensuring thorough evaluation and planning for students’ speech and language services
- Work closely with educators, administrators, and fellow specialists to foster an inclusive and supportive environment
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Deliver services fully in-person, dedicating 4-5 hours per week for optimal student impact
