Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Georgia SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in elementary school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and compliance
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Adaptable, positive, and team-oriented approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress notes
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions tailored to the individual needs of each student
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings, student support teams, and parent conferences
