Position Summary:
• Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
• Employment Type: Full-time or part-time
• Contract Duration: 2024 - 2025 academic year
• Location: Cincinnati, OH
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate students dealing with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
• Formulate and execute personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and in collaboration with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team.
• Deliver therapy sessions to students with varying needs, focusing on areas such as articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension, and expression.
• Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to seamlessly integrate therapy objectives into students' academic curriculum and daily routines.
Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• CCC certification preferred.
• Proficiency in understanding speech and language disorders, assessment methodologies, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
