Soliant is currently on the lookout for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant team dedicated to schools. In this role, you'll have the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals coping with communication and swallowing challenges.
Position Overview:
• Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Location: Cleveland, OH vicinity
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough assessments to identify communication and swallowing issues.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, student objectives, and proven methodologies.
• Administer therapeutic interventions encompassing speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
• Employ various techniques and tools to enhance communication abilities, refine speech articulation, and foster language development.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to offer guidance and assistance to students with communication difficulties.
• Regularly monitor and document progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and continually evaluate outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:
• Holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Possesses a valid and active state licensure, or is eligible for licensure as an SLP.
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations and age ranges is highly valued.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of assessment tools, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
