Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position - Newark, OH

Soliant is looking for a licensed Speech Therapist to join a school district near Newark, OH. We are actively conducting interviews and hiring for the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Deliver therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including articulation and phonological disorders, language delays, stuttering, voice disorders, and swallowing issues.
- Apply evidence-based methods and innovative approaches to improve students' communication abilities and overall well-being.
- Maintain precise and current records of assessments, therapy plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
- Stay informed on the latest developments and trends in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for a clinical fellowship.
- Hold or be eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for designing effective therapy plans.
- Compassion and patience for working with a diverse age group and range of abilities.
