Money Magazine ranked the community of West Mifflin fifth in the “Top 100 Cities to Live In.” In addition, Penn Hills and Brentwood were listed at ninth and tenth for “Most Affordable Housing.” The towns of Horsham, Nether Providence, and Emmaus also ranked well.
