Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active or pending Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligible for SLP supervision
- Experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing a therapeutic caseload in an educational setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled SLP services to approximately 30 students, focusing on direct and indirect therapy within a collaborative school team
- Assess, diagnose, and implement intervention plans to address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state standards
- Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs) and overall student success
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings as required
